ClassGraphic T’ai Chi is an ancient practice that promotes health and relaxation. This gentle form of exercise known as a “moving meditation” involves carefully learning a series of slow, deliberate motions that you will be asked to practice at home. T’ai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. Movements can be modifed for your individual ability. Instructor Pamela Zilavy is a licensed acupuncturist and has practiced T’ai Chi since 1976, having taught all levels of students.
