Asian Cooking Workshop: Kudzu

ClassGraphic Kudzu is a vine plant that is native to Asia and the Pacific islands. They climb, trail and coil around other plants and are, therefore, considered as invasive species in the southern part of the U.S. However, this plant is edible and has a high nutritional value. In this workshop, we will learn the health benefits of kudzu, how to use it in dessert and as a thickening agent.
