Instruction Method: Virtual Live 
Upon successful completion of the 8 courses, participants will receive a Project Management Noncredit Training Certificate. Spring and Fall Cohorts meet twice a week and complete in about 6 months. 

Virtual Live Instruction is an online learning platform that allows you to attend classes remotely, interacting with your instructor and classmates in real-time. To participate in this mode of learning, you need a stable internet connection and a computer equipped with speakers and a microphone. The course includes a workbook and other relevant materials.

Cost Management

Leadership Essentials
The PM Leadership Essentials Class takes you beyond the basics of project management and focuses on the human dimension of project leadership. By aligning organizational strategy and vision, you will learn to distinguish between project management and project leadership. Prerequisite: Participants must have successfully completed the seven project management courses. 
Congratulations on successfully completing all 7 of the PM courses in the series. Now, it's time to take your Project Management skills to the next level by engaging in a real-time simulated project. You'll be working alongside other students, and guided by a seasoned project management professional. This experience will allow you to apply all of the skills and techniques you've learned throughout the program, including leadership, risk and cost management, quality control, and more. Get ready to put your knowledge into practice and make a real difference!
