This course covers the when, how, and where to employ agile, with particular emphasis on agile planning, agile estimating techniques, and agile execution. Subject areas addressed include various agile frameworks (including Scrum), user stories, the history of agile, sprints, retrospectives, requirements, common agile misconceptions, and agile as it pertains to the organization.

Terminology, processes, and definitions, where appropriate follow the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

This is a virtual class. Prior to the class start date, you will receive an email from the instructor containing links to the virtual classroom where you will log in at the same time each week for live instruction.
