Each of our bodily systems relies on our ability to get adequate sleep to function properly, and quality sleep occurs when we have a functional balance within our bodies. Most sleep disorders are symptoms of a disruption within one or more of these bodily systems. This 2-part class will explore the most common sleep disorders and their origins. By modifying your lifestyle choices, you can achieve a balance between good sleep and overall wellness.
