Introduction to Kinesiology - Upper Body

The first of two introductory courses present the principles and terminology of kinesiology. Students explore muscle attachments and muscle movements and learn how to palpate. This foundational course, which focuses on the upper part of the body will be a virtual class Spring term 2021.
