Intermediate class develops awareness of modern dance technique and vocabulary. Training emphasizes movement sequences that incorporate: three-dimensional use of the spine and torso, joint articulation and mobility, core strength, expressivity and spatial awareness, while developing sophisticated connections both in the body and in relation to space. Upon registration, students will be contacted by the instructor and allowed to choose whether to take the class in-person or via a virtual format. Please contact the instructor for details and inquiries.
