Healing Power of Hand/Foot Massage

Being able to give a hand and/or foot massage is a wonderful and practical tool. As thousands of nerves end in the hands and feet, it can stimulate relaxation to the point of sleep and can begin the healing process. This 2-session class will include easy tips to do before and after massage; recommendations for the best oils and creams to use, and step by step instructions on how to do hand and foot massage for self-care or to share with another. Handouts will be provided to take home for practice. No knowledge of reflexology is needed, though you will receive hand and foot reflexology charts for information in class.
